You didn't read his whole post. He's not using the stabilizers that came on it he's using scissor JACKS instead. He replaced the ones that came on it.
I've done the same thing except I kept my front and rear stabilizers and added four 7,000 lb. scissor jacks on the frame near the axles on my trailer. While I don't jack it completely off the ground I jack it up enough to take the majority of the weight off of the wheels to get rid of the bounce. They work really well and you can also do the same thing with jack stands and a bottle jack. Or you can put the screw jack stands under it and screw them up as tight as you can by hand and then let the a lot of air out of the tires and that'll also get the weight off of the tires. Then just air up the tires when you start to leave.
