Both units have ~2600 lbs of "cargo" (a bit over a 1000 kg)
The 2000 will be wood framed, the 2007 -might- be aluminum, they were just switching over then to building rig walls structural aluminum then.
Unless the Nash has the "4 season" option, the Fox will be better insulated. Also the Fox probably has thermal pane windows, few Nash's did.
The cabinetry on the Fox is better.
The swing out grab bar can be added (we did to our 1999 Nash)
My only concern is if you are planning on traveling over roads like The Coq (BC-5). You are going to be close to your trucks limits and that road is a trial on any vehicle and trailer.
