Life span of Arctic Fox or Nash trailers, and towing them

I have a 30 foot travel trailer with Dry weight listed as 4370 lbs. Actual weight when loaded for camping (without water) was 6006 lbs last time I checked.

I tow with a 2011 Sierra 1500, 5.3, 3.42 rear end. It is under the max of 9600 lbs, it is under the tongue weight max of 1100 lbs with WDH, and I am right at the payload limit with my family of five, little dog, and five bicycles.
