What a couple of you mentioned is what it really boils down to as to what kind of RVing you do. I like the nomadic/touring lifestyle of the RV so something that tours well, sets up and breaks down fast is what *I* want. I also am not much of an organized campground or RV park guy. However, if I was and went to a place for a few days or a week at a time, I'd have a very different perspective than I do.
This summer, we're taking our Nash 275B to Oregon and Washington and staying for upwards of a week at two or three places, using the truck for our day trips. This is not what I want to do but something my wife and kids would like to try. For a trip like that, I'll only have to set-up and break down the rig a few times at most. When we used that rig in 2007 for a nearly year long tour of the west and Great Lakes region, homeschooling the kids along the way, it was a PITA as we never stayed more than two nights in any one place.
