Check out the Keystone Hideout 280LHS. It's 6700lb dry but it has 2 full size rear bunks, mega slide out, and a rear bathroom with an external door. I'm pulling it with an F150 EB and it pulls just fine.
That's pretty heavy for a 28'er. That'll be 8k easy once loaded up, which is 1500lbs more than the op wants to be. You can get all the options of the Hideout in a much lighter tt.
For comparison my 31'BH with 2 slides, a second door and an outside kitchen only weighs 6200lbs dry.
