Water is about 8.3 lb per gallon and is your heaviest item being loaded, usually. How much water will you carry? Add in your LP weight. And your battery weight. See what you have left for everything else.
For me, traveling alone with only 10 gallons of fresh water, it would be plenty of capacity. For a family of 4 with all their gear, two 30 lb LP tanks, and 30 gallons of fresh water, maybe not so good. I hope that gives you some idea of where you stand.
