- K_CharlesExplorerI don't know if the door will lock, but I have a key for the drivers door.
- filrupmarkExplorerWe have spare keys on our fiver and truck. I don't want to be away from home and loose my keys.
- BizmarksMomExplorerA butter knife will get you into most rv door locks.
- BB_TXNomadMy DW managed to lock our door with us outside and the keys inside. But we have a 5er with a laundry basket under a trap door in the bedroom. I crawled into the basement, up thru the laundry basket opening, and unlocked the door. Now I have 3 sets of keys in the truck. One set we use going in and out of the trailer. The other two stay in the truck. And the truck has a door keypad in case the truck keys are locked up.
- FireRobExplorerOnce, wife crawled in the "basement" if you can even call it a basement (the little storage compartment on the side front of the TT) and lifted up the bed and unlocked and opened the door.
- newman_fulltimeExplorer IIBorrow a neighbors key bet it will work
- fly-swatterExplorerAll I had to do was a 3 hour round trip home to grab the keys I left on the kitchen counter. Was a new unit that summer and I hadn't put the spares in the truck yet. Didn't make that mistake again.
- chris3403Explorer1500 miles from home, locked the RV and my granddaughter's 7 year old friend asked if she could hold the keys and I said sure. We got in the truck and drove 10 miles to another granddaughter's home, spent an hour there and went back to the RV and couldn't find the keys. Climbed up on the roof and came in through the bedroom vent.
