Factory radios are terrible anyway. You could replace it with an aftermarket unit that would have Bluetooth calling, a couple USB inputs, an AUX input for an Ipod, better sound quality, and all kinds of other good stuff for about $150.
I pretty much replace the factory unit in every vehicle I drive as soon as I get it.
