Locks freezing up
Okay any great products out there that keep trailer locks from freezing up? First time I've had that problem so looking for answers. Happy trails,

All I can tell you is do NOT use any of the de-icer lock products!
They ALL contain graphite.
My first trip down south as a snowbird it snowed and sleeted the previous day. Didn't think much about it other than I was soon to be outta there to warmer temps......until I went to pack my bays the next morning and could not get into any of my storage bays they were all frozen solid.
Thought no problem went in and got my trusty de-icer for locks. Squirted in ALL my locks and problem solved. Loaded bays and headed South.
The first rest area I pulled into I stepped out of my MH and all I saw was GIANT BLACK STREAKS up and all over the entire MH. :E
Read the labels and you will find almost everything lubricating has graphite in it. I 'finally' found one product from a hardware store that was 100% silicone. Hard to find. But it is now the ONLY thing I use for anything on my RV.
