Very good to read your mail again. Clever as ever. We share your pain. Our cat Rudy (the rude one) of 17 years passed and we've been in a much deeper funk than I thought we'd be in. Those little critters are members of the fam and live in your heart forever. Period.

P.S. "they say" it takes six weeks before you have a modicum of comfort in new digs. You've had your time in the barrel and it was time for you to come out with a TR, rising from the ashes of the Phoenix.
We've been 'visiting' Durango since 1970, mostly because of the narrow gauge trains and jeeping. A LOT has changed over that time. Much more laid back in the day. I was close to death with blood poisoning in 1976, laid out at Mercy Medical Center for 6 days while my young family stayed at a motel on main street.
