I bought my trailer from a dealer over 600 miles from home. After my gas expenses over and back, I still saved over $3000 compared to my local dealer.
I figure over the life of this trailer, I will pull it well over 50,000 miles hopefully ( have already pulled it almost 30,000 ), so what is another 1200 to go get it when new ?
As for "warranty repairs" I figured the $3000 savings would have gone a long way towards fixing something, even if I would have had to pay a local independent RV shop to fix something that should have been warranty. Turned out nothing major broke anyway during it's two year warranty ( and so far nothing still has malfunctioned ) so that whole discussion was a non-starter for me.
