My truck gets 10K on an oil and lube change. 15K on fuel filters. My truck has 80K on the air filter and it's been changed once.
So for "me", I don't worry about it. We went on a 5,600 mile vacation trip this year and the OLM was down to 20% so I changed the oil out before we went. The fuel filter was at 40% so I left it.
40 years of towing and never a maintenance problem. I hope it stays that way. :)
