Yeah, we see it. The reason the spring bars are low is because the ball mount is low. The ball mount is low because coupler is low. The coupler is low because the manufacturer installed an underslung coupler. Your spring bars appear to not be parallel with the trailer frame either but that's a minor adjustment and easily fixed by removing a washer from the ball mount tilt adjustment.
We're assuming that in the picture (page 2) where you show the whole truck and trailer (but we can't see the hitch) that the trailer is sitting on the hitch and not the tongue jack. If that's not true then ignore everything I've said in this thread.
