Yes where the ruber roof meets the front or rear cap and any cut outs are sealed with dicor lap sealent. As the sealent gets old it dries out and cracks witch lets in water. They recomend you check it twice a year. Not a hard job but needs to be done. The sun will dry it out over time.

This is something I've never been clear about. Obviously where the roof meets the front cap needs to be sealed, and I do this.
My question is about the left and right sides. Do these need to be sealed too? My understanding is that the roof material wraps over the edge onto the side walls there. So can water get in there? Do these need to be sealed? I do try to seal these too, at the line where the rubber goes under the metal trim piece. But what about the trim piece itself? And below the trim piece (on the side walls)? Does it have screw holes? I havent' looked under the plastic strip to see if there are screws (it is difficult to do now, as I've got a lot if sealant on it).
