I love mine! When it was very new, I experienced the limp problem after driving in the rain several hours at a steady speed and suddenly flooring it to see if it would do it. I took it to the dealer, who reflashed the computer. I have tried on several occasions to duplicate the problem, but haven't been able to do so. I have 7,000 miles on it at this time.
It has MUCH more pulling power than the 2008 Chevy 5.3L it replaced, and gets slightly better fuel economy. It gets slightly over 10 mpg towing the trailer in signature at about 60 mph. Non-towing it will get 21 mpg if running 55-60 on the highway in gentle terrain, but drops to about 18 if running 73-75. Commuting, 2 miles city and 5 miles highway at about 60 mph averages about 18 mpg.
Ride and comfort are comparable to the Chevy, but my wife tells me the back seat is roomier in the Ford.
