Do you have a link to that order guide? Ford.com is still showing the 2013 F150.
I have both the F150 & F250 2014 order guides, but they are in hard copy form. I had a local dealership e-mail them to me when they were available so you could check with a dealership close to you, or I can fax them to you tomorrow.
