Let's see... 6790 dry. Add, say 1000 lbs for all your stuff (including DW's and kid's), food, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, etc. So, now you're up to 7790 and with an approximate tongue weight of say, 12% to 15% of that...will be about 935 to 1170 lbs. So that leaves you with about 275 to 475 lbs for you, dw, and kids in the F150...plus everything else you put in the truck's bed....tools, equipment, bikes, firewood...etc.
