my buddy is pulling a 32" Whitehawk with his 08 Chevy 1500 and it pulls it fine. Doesnt get good mileage, but he said he hasnt had any issues with it. As much as Id hate to say it, because i really like the new Rams, but the low payload i might stay away from it. Most ford and GMs will pull it just fine i would think.
