OP; all 3 brands you listed are quality mid range units. Sit in each, picture how you will use it. Take notes/pics. Pick the flavor you like.
We do like large tank capacity and good storage. Short beds typically have better storage due to the wings.
When all is said/done check your axle capacity. This will be critical.
