I have a 2017 Ford F250 4x4 SC LB PSD. The differences are CC/SC, LB (and assumed because of the models you were looking at) SB and last but not least 18/20" tires/wheels. (I swapped out my 18's with 19.5's)
I haul a NL 9.6QSE (LB camper) around in mine. The 6.7L PSD won't have any problems with a camper load, I believe that your 20" tires/wheels ought to be good enough for most campers that can fit on your truck. I'm under the impression that the Ford rear end is good for 10,000lbs so as normal the tires/wheels are the limiting factor.
Do you have a LongBed or a ShortBed? A LB would give you more camper options.
