I will give you my 2 cents worth. Buy one with 2 propane tanks and two battery's whats best is a outside battery tray. The lance 865 and 825 are inside. I owned a 825 for years it's grey tank is to small. I like my Northern lite 811 easy to maintain and it seems to be warmer in the cold temps.
