I just had my Pump go out. 2011 F450 they said bad fuel. I had them pull the tank and it looked brand new. Ford did try and get me to pay 12k to fix but when I started complaining they fixed it under warranty. I let them fix it and just sold the truck and will have a Dodge 3500 in the driveway tomorrow. I have been driving only ford for 25 years. I started with gas worked up to the 7.3 and when I went to the 6.0L in 2003 it all went down hill. I had 3 of those trucks and spend years fighting with them about everything. I give up and moving on. I will let you know how the Ram does and how Dodge deals with any problems.
