This would be 19-21 feet of TT. In that size TT I've seen rear corner bath plus rear corner bed. Sometimes a twin bunk over a double bed. Usually there will be a full-size dinette across the front, leaving more room for the kitchen.
This one from Bigfoot, e.g.:

It is not common, because when there is room for it, the primary bed will be up front, where the trailer is more stable. Also, to provide for a roomier bathroom, the beds beside a rear corner bath will more often be twin width or smaller, and bunked.
I don't think you will find a TT that has undersized dinette opposite an undersized jackknife like that, leaving an aisle to the front wall. The aisle would go nowhere.
Most current manufacturers have all of their floorplans on advertising web sites, that would be at least a couple thousand to look through, maybe 50-200 in that size range. Won't do you much good to have someone else looking through all of them for you, as you would be in a better position to spot what variation best fits what you are looking for.
Bigfoot 2500 series is no slideout, but are relatively heavy for their size because built for four-season use.
