So asking the dealer to "specialize" could mean that they only sell and service BEVs for example. A Ford BEV dealer may not be required to fix a PSD.

This is it right here. I'm not suggesting this is a good idea, I'm only relaying what I see in the auto news for you Ford guys who may not have heard. We'll see how it turns out.
