I'm only 6'3" and the only "RV" I have any actual head room is in larger size 5th wheels or Class A motorhomes.. The 5th wheels I have room in would not be towable with a "1/2 ton" truck... ;)
RV "queen size beds" are usually shorter than normal queen size beds you find for your home, so be prepared for that too... My feet hang off the end of my "RV queen size bed"... But, I'm used to it and it's not a big deal for me..
Since your hubby has been this tall for a long time, I'm sure he's used to having to adjust to lower height stuff, so it's just going to have to continue in an RV too... :)
What you see is what you get, unless you custom build it.. ;)
