Well, you do have your work cut out for you. I have seen TTs with a master bdrm front and sort of a den/bedroom combo in the rear. Don't recall a rear slide with a bedroom front. Bunks, yes....bedroom, no. To the best of my knowledge, it's just been the past several years that the rear slides have gone from queen to king, so age may be a factor in your search. I would be very surprised if you find everything on your wish list. BTW, your height with a rear slide, even king, may be an issue with the hardside walls. Give it a test. You don't mention what your tow vehicle is, but IF you found a set up as you'd like, it's going to take a pretty beefy vehicle to tow it safely.
Suggestion...although these would be new rather than used, you might do some online research at RVWholesalers in Lakeview, OH and/or RVDirect, believe they're in NY. Both are huge volume dealers and have very complete websites. Plenty to look at and get some ideas of what's out there. Usually includes pix and maybe videos. Both are reputable dealers and you may find that you can buy new, assuming you find what you're after, for a comparable price to used. Good luck.
