Generally speaking, the closest economical RV might be a pre-owned 5th Wheel toyhauler. The most common configuration is front bedroom (king with slide, some with low headroom) and a rear toyhauler access in the rear that also subs as a full size bedroom when the toys are out. They can be quazi-pulled by a HD 1/2 ton truck, but a 3/4 on up is better.
A similar option in a long Travel Trailer (TT) will be a little trickier to pull in a strong sidewind because of sway. That can be 95% alleviated by a Hensley type or Pullrite hitch and as heavy a truck as possible. Some Super-TT hitch tongue weights might exceed a Hensley type (about 1400#) unless the hitch is cu$tom made. Hensley types are sold by both Hensley and ProPride. If it is available for your truck, Pullrite is here and will accomodate up to 2000# tongue weight.
I note some of the recent, long (+40'?), heavy travel trailers are built more like a Park model, some with 2 full bedrooms (sans bunkhouse type), a residential 110v fridge, and apartment style stove. The difference lately is that they also often have holding tanks for fresh and wastewater instead of direct water/sewer only. They are unlikely to also have toyhauler entry, but often have 5' to 6' side patio doors. Probably only one patio door slides open, but might be open to "French Door" modification. If you wish heat and refrigeration underway, you might have to run power from a generator in the truck box.
