Unless you plans also call for an upgraded tow vehicle, I'm afraid you are fast approaching your maximum load limits with a tent trailer. Taking into consideration everything you already have loaded in the van with family, dogs and stuff, there is simply not enough room left over for a suitable trailers tongue weight.
