Definite possibility. Also, did you readjust your WD hitch for the new truck, or did you just connect and go? I'd suggest going back through the WD Hitch Setup Procedure to make sure you're getting proper weight transfer. It's free and only takes a little time. If you still have bouncing then start looking at shock replacement.
