Question: Do you have a place to dump a black tank? Or a service to get it pumped out? The latter could get expensive.
You could look for a used travel trailer, small and cheap. Even if you don't have a truck to tow it, you could get someone to move it and park it for you. That is likely the least expensive option. Just beware of anything that smells musty or has obviously delaminated sides. Those are signs of water intrusion and therefore rot.
