Looking for some advice for our steep driveway

Are you pulling up the driveway or backing it up? As for coming down, the tether is a bad idea - I'm guessing your planning on tying off to the rear bumper which is not designed to do this - heck, these things break from attaching bike racks. Let everyone know the outcome - and pictures would be mice!
