looking for suggested route from Florida to Moab

here's the route we like from Tampa: US19 north to I-10 at Tallahassee. I-10 west to Lafayette LA, then US49 north to Shreveport. I-20 east to exit 556 in TX. Head north on US69 to US380 at Greenville. US380 west to Decatur TX. North on US287 thru Wichita Falls TX to Amarillo. Then I-40 west.
Note: If you don't want to stay on I-10 you can take I-55N to Jackson and pickup I-20 there.
