Hey butch50..I just weighed my Adventurer dry was 3060.I traveled close to 14,000 miles with the previous Nitto Terras rated 3750 lbs. on current truck mods and 17 " Forged Aluminum rims loaded. Truck hauled TC like a beast ,never even engaged the bottom overloads with airbags at 5 psi. My truck has a 1 ton axle from factory. Had some minor sway but tried some homemade stable loads with stihl plastic wood wedges and zip ties. Really helped with sway. Will order stable loads for bottom overloads soon. I will weigh truck/camper fully loaded and post weight. If I really need 19.5s visions I will buy them but 3 custom wheels shops told me my forged aluminums, last shop told me they were Alcoa, were strong enough. My Nitto Terras lasted me 45,000 including my last camper too..A 1996 11' shadow cruiser which had a dry weight of 2400 lbs and loaded really engaged my bottom overloads with only 5 psi. did not use airbags back then since they were not plumbed separately at the time. I have to go by my past experience with having no real problems with this wheel/tire set up.
OK but as you stated your camper is 3060 dry and you have a 86Fb and Adventurer states that your dry weight is 2205#. The OP has a 106 that has a brochure dry weight of 3129#. So if we take the difference of your dry from the brochure to your weighed dry weight of 3060# minus your brochure dry weight is 855# heavier. So if we take that 855# and add it to the OP dry weight we would come up with a dry weight of 3984# before the OP added anything to it if equipped with similar equipment as yours.
So his weight is almost a 1000# more than yours. I don't know how close his numbers are to what I have but I would figure that he would have AC and other options that increase the dry weight.
