I went with the MORryde small mount. It has an articulating arm, a solid lockup, and is well built. It's on the upper end cost wise though. It does swivel up and down however you need to loosen 2 wingnuts for that function. I replaced the included hardware with larger bolts as I through bolted mine through an interior wall. It's a sturdy, well designed mount. My only issue was that the television I bough didn't have a smooth back so I needed to create some spacers so the TV mounted flat.
