If you look at the options for the Apex line you'll see a lot of 'options' that they list as mandatory, how they get away with that no clue.. You may also find that nobody has any without 'package X' because the manufacturer never had any intention to deliver any base models.. the base exists so they can get way with what amounts to a lie...
Do not believe brochure weights. The yellow sticker on the delivered trailer shows what it actually weighed as built and what is included in that weight. Best is to actually weigh everything at the scales. "If" those weights on the 181BH are actual weights then it would be worth considering. (I am suspicious of them)
I just clicked the 'show more' button under "APEX NANO PACKAGE (MANDATORY)" hidden beneath show more it lists the following items:
- Insulated floor with seamless decking
- High efficiency LED interior lighting
- 2 Outside speakers
- Stabilizer jacks (4)
- TV antenna with cable hookups
- DSI water heater
- Stainless steel microwave
- 3.0 Cu. ft. 2-way refrigerator (4.0 Cu. ft. 15X)
- Double door refrigerator—17X, 191RBS, 193BHS
- 2 burner cooktop
- AM/FM/Bluetooth Stereo
- Skylight in bath
- Evergreen sleep mattress
- Gray exterior fiberglass
- Solar prep
The fridge, water heater, microwave, cooktop, mattress??? All of these things may not be included in the 'base weight'.. NO clue how much weight, but 100's of pounds I'd guess.
