I believe it's a common practice to put weights in for a stripped base model, and then never actually sell or even make any of them that way. If you look at the options for the Apex line you'll see a lot of 'options' that they list as mandatory, how they get away with that no clue.. You may also find that nobody has any without 'package X' because the manufacturer never had any intention to deliver any base models.. the base exists so they can get way with what amounts to a lie...
I just clicked the 'show more' button under "APEX NANO PACKAGE (MANDATORY)" hidden beneath show more it lists the following items:

- Skylight in bath
- Evergreen sleep mattress
- Gray exterior fiberglass
- Solar prep
The fridge, water heater, microwave, cooktop, mattress??? All of these things may not be included in the 'base weight'.. NO clue how much weight, but 100's of pounds I'd guess.
