Older models are more apt to have water leaks issues around the bunk doors, do go over it very carefully. Check both the roof and the floors for soft areas. I'd think in general you have to go over any 12 year old trailer with a fine tooth comb. Neither of the 2 brands you mention were big sellers so not well known.
