in picture number three it looks to me like that slide on the left does not open straight.
bumpy - WNYBobExplorerAddins are a good way to get more value. Dealer pays 30 to 50 % less and you get retail value. A win win!

The only other point would be checking the price and package for add on charges. Some dealers will wait till after a price is agreed to, and then add shipping, documemtation, dealer prep, and even a PDI fee.
These fee's can easily add up to $2500 or more. Another dealer may have an identical unit priced a few hundred more than the one you are looking at, but if they are a bottom line pricing dealer, they may be a lot cheaper when the deal is done.
Most dealers that price their inventory "out the door" proudly say so on their website. White Horse does not that I could see. That doesnt make it a bad deal or dealer, just approach it with your eyes open and aware of whats included in your deal.
Thank you! All great info. - NjlungbusterExplorer

Yeah that's another $3500. That's overboard now lol - kerrlakeRooExplorerThe only other point would be checking the price and package for add on charges. Some dealers will wait till after a price is agreed to, and then add shipping, documemtation, dealer prep, and even a PDI fee.

So my wife and I decided on the trailer we are going to go after.
If you have never owned an RV, I would strongly suggest you buy a 2-5 year old used one with a similar floor plan. Your going in price will be much lower and you will find out if the "lifestyle" is for you or not. Then after a year or 2 buy a new one ! - midnightsadieExplorer IItheres all way room to digger on price come 8k lower and barter, on the end deal include all fee,s and tax,s in the bottom line.

Looking at the photos and doing some internet searching, I think the price is fair. Negotiate for anything lower, see how far they are willing to go. In all the different web sites I looked it, there is no mention of propane tanks. Check to make sure the sale price includes the propane tanks, and 30 pound or 20 pound --- 2 of them.
Good eye! I mentioned that already and they are included. Thank you! - NjlungbusterExplorer

So my wife and I decided on the trailer we are going to go after. It's a 2018 Coachmen Catalina SBX 321BHDSCK. From what I've found, the sale price isn't horrible. Anyone have one of these models and if so, how does this price compare? What can I realistically expect to get off the sale price? Thanks.

I bought mine at keystone RV... Whites horse was 3000 bucks more. The issue if you dont buy local is getting it to the dealer for warranty work.
Thats a good price but I wouldn't want to pay it.. I wouldnt pay over 20k
Here is a similar model for 18K

Hey a fellow Jersey resident! Whitehorse is literally only like 4 miles from my house so it's definitely nice to know that any work that may be needed will be easy to get to. I've searched a good amount and like I said I haven't found any cheaper than that price. As for the model you sent the link for, my wife and I talked about that one and decided that we didn't like the layout plus the bigger back room is desired as we have three kids.
