I ordered a new 2014 ford 450 first week in jan. Have not got it yet. Ford does not know where it is. Happy days.

The last four new vehicles I have purchased have all been custom orders - We did not have trouble with any of them. If the order did slip production, see about getting a 2015 model for the agreed upon price and factory or dealer loaner until it is built. Being direct yet polite usually gets the best results...
