Now while I do agree that I dont care to listen to a loud generator running, I feel like sabatoge to someones property puts you in the same boat as the ones who dont care about the noise or disturbing the neighbors. Not everyone can afford a Honda or a Yamaha so they buy what they can afford and if they need to charge the TT battery then they just gotta do it.

So because they don't have any money everyone has to suffer? BS.

No, but if someone does not own a genny that YOU approve of or cant afford the genny you approve of does not give you the right to be a di**head either. Go to them and ask them face 2 face to turn it off or move it to the backside of the campsite so it wont be as bothersome...dont go and sabatoge the machine they have.
