I guess my point was, low voltage is just one of many issues the RVer faces.
Adding voltage protection can be informative but there is little that can be done about it.
Like rain, rough roads, high winds and other RV unpleasantries, they are taken in stride.
However, if one is camping were low voltage or other chronic issues are know to exists, preventative measures certainly would be wise.
I understand that prolonged low voltage leads to high current and more heating and eventual insulation breakdown. But I do not understand how there would be much of an accumulative effect from a few periodic short duration occurrences; however, the low voltage warnings were put there for a reason.
My concern has always been the high voltage and line spikes on all the modern electronic circuit boards.
