Lowering my dually?
Does anyone know of an easy way to take 2" out of the bed height on my 2006 Ram dually? Would it create a domino effect to other suspension system changes?

My fifth wheel has only 54" of overhang with a non-adjustable pin box. I took off the 1 ton overload springs and bump stops and installed air bags which are at the minimum 6 psi when towing. I needed two inches of squat to bring my trailer to level. The truck has some rake when empty and actually sits level when towing. I have been towing set up like this for four years with no adverse effects. About 2,300# in the bed. 2WD though. 04.5 Ram 3500 dually, also quad cab in silver.
