lowering suspension
My Dodge Ram 2500 2x2 sits high. I believe it can be lowered but wondered what the consequences might be; less VWR, harder ride or something else? Curious.

If you are towing/ carrying weight with your truck then lowering (or raising) needs to be done right. Whether you use shackles, flip kits, spindles etc you need to make sure the parts can handle the specs. If on the other hand you just want to make it easier to get in the truck I would recommend adding steps.
