Seriously, I bet you are going to have to check around in your own local area because it varies from place to place. Wherever you go I believe in saving up money first and putting the biggest down payment on it that you can afford. No use in getting upside down in your TT payment. After all it basically for recreation. (Although for me it has become a addiction and I don't think I could live without it)
