Too True but they are a lot of fun. Or you could invest that $$ wisely and sit at home and stare at the wall.

I have been reading your threads and I have to say I admire your spunk and enthusiasm. It's nice to see someone get all excited about a new hobby (assuming that is what this is) and go at it full throttle.

As I have told others, you will know your camper when you walk into it so keep looking. You will walk into one and say "Wow, this is it!". But say it out of earshot from the salesmen, they can smell blood.

I was talking with an RV salesman today and toward the end, I stated that this was our first RV. He said, "You've got to be kidding!"

I said, "No, why did you say that?"

He said, "You are so knowledgeable! You sound NOTHING like a first-time buyer!"

So, I said, "Well, I started looking at RVs last Saturday. I found the rv.net forum on Saturday night and I've been glued to the forum ever since! Everything I know about RVs, I have learned from the folks on that forum!!"

He was amazed!!

So, because of all you generous people who are willing share your knowledge and experience, I have learned so much that I had the salesman believing that I was a seasoned Rver!"
