Don't change just to be changing...My Tundra came with BF Goodrich tires I think and they were OK. Rode nice, quiet and smooth. They also wore out quickly and I did notice some squirly behavior once as I was coming down a long incline.
I went with Yokohama LTs that are a nice mix of highway and traction tread. They are a tiny bit louder but not much, and they are a bit stiffer which I do notice when driving around unloaded. But the stiffness is why I got them and towing has been more stable.
If I had a smaller and lighter trailer I probably would have stayed with a P tire although not the same brand that came on the truck new.
