Yes, I've seen that quoted before...and well you may sigh. Not a single one of the addresses provided goes to a page where the words quoted can be found. When copied/pasted, they all lead to this dead end. And simply searching "FMCSA Part 571, subsection 109" does the same thing.
What gives?
