unless you have a lifted truck I can see no reason to have the camper jacks way up on blocks. I store mine like this off the camper and I have a 4x4 F350 and the jacks can give me 6" more lift than I need.
I use wood I have the plastic blocks which are fine for the spead out contact patch of the tires but I doubt I would trust them with the concentrated load of the jack pad
