Ok, so I am looking at buying a dually pickup for personal use and from what I am reading in Ma. I will be required to get a commercial plate. possibly pay about $300 a year for the reg and then a DOT...

kill me no, but in ma is it only that? do they up my excise(road) tax also, my insurance company can only tell me what it will cost if I provide a vin, but claim I wont need added insurance as it isn't for business. It isn't all about the money, but also my time.
