I snug a folding table right against my TT, and cook on it. I don't like to ever cook inside my TT. Never have a problem with grease/food getting on the side of the trailer. Thats us. Unless it's storming real hard we cook outside.
No smell in the trailer, and the smell from cooking drives other campers mad.
Things like a 'Low Country Boil' smells up the whole campground.
