NOTHING, even new silicone, will stick to an area where silicone has been used until ALL silicone residue has been removed with a silicone remover (solvent)

ACE, Home Depot, Lowes etc. carry silicone removers

Also......
Dicor Self-leveling Sealant would be better choice for roof seams/vents etc. then ProFlex.
ProFlex is great for vertical/sidewalls but the Self-Leveling works better on horizontal roof surface
